A black-and-white photograph showing the tomb of the historical figure Kusunoki Masashige 楠木正成 (1294–1336), also known as Nankōja 楠公. He was defeated by Ashikaga Takauji 足利尊氏 in Minatogawa 湊川 in 1336. The tomb/shrine was erected in 1872 by order of Emperor Meiji.
