The Slovene Ethnographic Museum is the central ethnological museum in Slovenia, the fruition of Slovene ethnological and anthropological efforts. It is a national ethnological museum institution of cultural, scientific, educational and social significance, its main task being the examination and curation of collections related to the traditional material, social and spiritual Slovene culture as well as other world cultures.
