The photo shows the bridge connecting the Yongan Temple (Yongansi 永安寺) to the west bank of the Beihai lake (Beihai 北海) in the former Imperial West Park (Xiyuan 西苑). This is located west of the Forbidden City (Gugong 故宫 or Zijincheng 紫禁城) in Beijing.
