The photo shows the Buddha Hall (Fodian 佛殿) in the Xiaoxitian 小西天 complex in the north-western part of the former Imperial West Park (Xiyuan 西苑). This is located west of the Forbidden City (Gugong 故宫 or Zijincheng 紫禁城) in Beijing.
