Burner for opium
A brass opium oil burner, decorated in the lower quadrangular part with incised blue symbols. According to the entry in the inventory book of the National Museum, the cylindrical part (listed in the inventory under No 18324) was already missing when the collection was transferred to the Ethnographic Museum. The burner has a separate umbrella-like lid with a chain on the top. On the base of the burner is an oval seal with the inscription qian yuan
