The photo shows Xiangluan Pavilion (Xiangluange 翔鸞閣), which stands on an island in the middle of the South Lake (Nanhai 南海) in the former Imperial West Park (Xiyuan 西苑). It is located west of the Forbidden City (Gugong 故宫 or Zijincheng 紫禁城) in Beijing.
