A black-and-white photograph showing the elegant arch bridge dividing the lake into two parts: Kunming Lake (Kunminghu 昆明湖) in the north and South Lake (Nanhu 南湖). The bridge is located in the Summer Palace complex (Yiheyuan 頤和園) in Beijing.

The photograph is the 307th of 449 photographs of Beijing and its surroundings in the album of Ivan Skušek Jr., purchased during his stay in Beijing (1914–1920). In the handwritten inventory of the album, the photograph is referred to as Bogen-Brücke in Wan-Schou-Schan. (DZ, MV)
